「自己肯定感」とか「自己評価」という概念を得てから世の中を見てみると、なるほどこれなしに他の人といい関係を築いたり、自分を前向きに成長させていったりするのは困難だと考えられます。だって基本「自分はダメだ」と思っていたら卑屈になってしまったり、まず自分を否定するところから入ってしまうわけで、それは人生遠回りせざるを得ないなと。
